How to Book:
You are requested to notify us two months in advance of your trekking/tour
in Darjeeling & Sikkim. The information should include the
dates of arrival and departure, choice of trek, nationality and
passport number. A deposit of 25% of the trek or tour cost should
also be deposited along with the reservation request by registered
airmail. If your tour includes domestic flights in India, we shall
need three months advance notice for booking the flight tickets.
Cancellation:
In case, cancellation of any trek/tour already confirmed by us
is sought for, 50% of the amount deposited will be deducted to
meet the expenses incurred in making reservations. If the cancellation
takes place less than two weeks prior to the start of the tour/trek,
no refund will be made. |
